Tailored Dog Training

Service Description

These Beginner Agility Group classes taught by Dog Training By Madeline Mathews is designed to introduce your adult dog to agility while enhancing your communication skills and enriching your dog's life mentally & physically and possibly prepare you and your dog for competition! You and your dog will be introduced to basic agility handling skills through appropriate age and skill level agility obstacles. The goal of this 5-week Beginner Agility class is to strengthen your bond through fun, engaging agility exercises and pattern games.

Cancellation Policy

- Client, on behalf of themselves, their heirs, executors, & administrators, releases and holds harmless Dog Training by Madeline Mathews, its owner and representatives from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or in any way connected with Client’s participation in dog training sessions, including risks associated with various environments or locations. - Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims or expenses related to Client’s participation in training sessions or the actions of their dog(s), including property damage. - Client acknowledges that participation in dog training involves inherent risks, including physical injury to themselves, their dog(s), or third parties. The training may occur in various environments (e.g., Client’s home, training facilities, public parks), each with its own risks. Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with these activities, regardless of location. - Client must be at least 18 years old to sign this Waiver. The Client is the legal owner or authorized caretaker of the dog(s) being trained. Clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign on their behalf. The parent or guardian accepts all responsibilities and liabilities for the minor's actions and behavior during training. - Clients must provide proof of current vaccinations for their dog(s) before the first class. Dogs 6 months and older must legally have a Rabies vaccination, and those under 6 months must have DHPP vaccinations. Failure to provide proof may result in denial of participation with no refund. - Client acknowledges the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assumes the risk of exposure or infection by attending classes. Client agrees to hold the Trainer harmless from any claims related to COVID-19, including personal injury, illness, or death. - Client consents to the use of photographs or videos of themselves and their dog(s) for promotional purposes. Client waives any rights to compensation for these images and acknowledges that they have no expectation of privacy regarding such images. - Refunds are not guaranteed. Rescheduled sessions are up to the trainers discretion. - By booking and paying for a training session online, Client agrees to the terms of this Waiver. Booking and payment constitute acceptance of this Waiver. Electronic acceptance via the online system is as binding as a physical signature.
